ADS-B EXCHANGE is better for military flights.
Click on the U at the top of the page and civil flights will disappear

Thank you Jackie that's a great option, I hadn't seen that when I checked it after your first post.
I just looked and over the uk there were hundreds of flights showing, on clicking 'U' there was only one military flight showing!
