Welcome to another episode of "Ray Reviews" the Monday Night, Channel 14, South Coast PMR Net, held on the 01/06/2026

My location for the net was Radio Corner, Ashdown 🌴 Forest in the county of East Sussex, were the weather was cool, breezy with drizzle in the air.

The net is held on PMR analogue channel 14 with the radio set on NFM. The net doesn't use any of the privacy, DCS, CTCSS tones that are available on the radio. This makes the net open to all, regardless of experience, knowledge or radio used.

My set up for the evening, was the CRT Space U powered by a car battery 🔋 and the "Dean" made Di-pole on a fibreglass pole.

The net is scheduled to start at 20:30 🕣 UK time (19:30 UTC) and finishes anytime from 23:00 🕙 UK time (22:00 UTC)

Hello and good day to you, wherever you are around the world

Welcome to another episode of "Ray Reviews" the Channel 14, South Coast, Monday Night PMR Net.

The net was held on Monday 08/06/2036, and can be found on PMR analogue channel 14 with the radio's set to Narrow FM (NFM).
We don't use any kind of CTCSS, DCS, privacy or access tones, making it easy to join in with the net.

My set up for the net was the "Dean" made Di-pole up on a fibreglass pole and the battery 🔋 powered CRT Space.

Start time for the net is around 20:30 🕣 (19:30 UTC) and it is scheduled to finish at 23:00 🕚 (22:00 UTC). Although this net went on past midnight 🕛

My location was Radio Corner, Ashdown 🌲 Forest in the county of East Sussex (Jo-01-BB-1?), and the weather was bright and sunny, with wandering dark clouds threatening to unleash showers, which did clear to leave the stars on show.

Hello to all the aliens 👽, in outer space 🛸, hearing the strange voices on UHF

Welcome to to another episode of "Ray Reviews" the Monday Night, Channel 14, South Coast PMR net, held on the 15th of June 2026.

My set up for the net was the trusty CRT SPACE U, powered by a car battery 🔋, and the "Dean" made Dui-pole up on a pole.

The start time for the net is scheduled to start at 20:30 BST 🕣 and finishes anytime from 23:00 BST 🕚 onwards.

My location for the net, was a cool, Radio Corner, Ashdown 🌳 Forest (Maidenhead Grid locator JO-01-BB) in the county of East Sussex were the cloud was high and the breeze was gentle.

The net can be found on PMR analogue 14 and doesn't use any kind of DCS, CTCSS tones to gain access. This makes the net open to all.

The net is scheduled to start at 20:30 or eight thirty 🕣 in the evening and finishes anytime from 23:00 or eleven o'clock 🕚 in the evening.

My location was Radio Corner, Ashdown 🌴 Forest in the county of East Sussex or Lat 51.0604 Lon 0.0940
The weather was muggy and cloudy, with a gentle breeze that allowed the First Quarter Moon 🌓 to show between the gaps in the cloud.

The net can be located on PMR analogue channel 14 and is open to all. No callsigns need, no need to join a Facebook group, just call in

Well hello and welcome

Will this be the week that "on this day in history/did you know" returns?

Here is another "Ray Reviews" the South Coast, Channel, 14 Monday Night PMR Net, held on the 29th of June 2026

The net is held on PMR analogue channel 14 or 446.16875 MHz NFM and is open to all. We don't use any of the those codes or tones making it east to listen in and it's simple to join in, you don't need any kind of callsign or handle.

My set up for the net was the CRT Space U powered by a car battery 🔋 and the "Dean" made Di-pole antenna up on a pole.

The net is scheduled to start at 20:30 🕣 UK time, but due to work commitments I didn't get on until 21:00. The finishing time for the net is 23:00 🕚, but it can sneak over into Tuesday morning.

My location for the evening, was a cooler Radio Corner, Ashdown 🌲 Forest in the county of East Sussex. There was some cloud about, but the light wind kept it moving allowing the 100% Full Moon 🌕 to shine down.

The net is scheduled to start at 19:30 🕢 UTC (20:30 🕣 BST) and finishes anytime from 22:00 🕙 UTC (23:00 🕚 BST) onwards.

My location for the night was Radio Corner, Ashdown 🌳 Forest in the county of East Sussex, Location JO-01-bb or Lat 51.0604 Lon 0.0940 or the home of Winnie the Pooh, Piglet and Tigger too!

The net is held on analogue PMR channel 14, NFM and doesn't use any kind of CTCSS, sub, DCS tones. This makes it open to all, regardless of radio experience or radio used.

The net was held on Monday 13th of July 2026 and started almost on time at 20:30 🕣 UK time and finished sometime after mid-night.

My location for the net was Radio Corner, Ashdown  Forest in the county of East Sussex, grid reference TQ 46826 31099.

The net can be found of PMR analogue channel 14 and doesn't use any kind of privacy or access codes. This makes the net open to all with any kind of 500mw handheld or mobile radio 😉😉
