Hi chaps.
Have we looked into the possibility of getting a UK General licence for the club?
The costs are very favourable.

Hello and welcome

It's that time again for another episode of, "Ray Reviews" the Monday Night Channel 14 South Coast PMR Net

Hello and welcome

Here is the another episode of "Ray Reviews" the Monday Night Channel 14 South Coast

and did you know that on this date in history.

1954 saw snow reported in Gibraltar and in 1901 it was the funeral of Queen Victoria.

The net is scheduled to start at 20:30 Hrs 🕣, depending on when the chair arrives from work, and finishes anytime from 23:00 Hrs 🕙. All times are local UK/UTC time.

My location for the night was Radio Corner, Ashdown 🌴 Forest in the county of East Sussex or POTA location GB-0251. The weather was calm, with some scattered cloud that allowed the full Moon 🌕 to shine through.

The net can be located on PMR analogue channel 14 and doesn't use any of the CTCSS/DCS/PL or Sub audio tones. This makes the net open to all regardless of what type of PMR radio you have, just have it set on NFM.

My set up for the net was the trusty CRT Space U, powered by a car battery 🔋, and the antenna was the "Dean" made Di-pole.

No on with the list of Check in's and who heard and or worked who.

Thank you all who called in and the patience shown while waiting to be passed around, thank you to the listening station who know who they are and to those who tried to call in and weren't heard, please try again another Monday night.

Antenna's seemed to be the most popular topic of conversation between the pass rounds.
